How should I wash my heat transfer shirt?

Turn the garment inside out, wash in cold water with no bleach, on a gentle cycle. Remove the garment within a few minutes of the spin cycle finishing. Dry on low/medium heat and remove as soon as possible, after drying, and shake out the shirt. Do not use an iron directly on the transfer area. If pressing is required, turn inside out and press from the back side with the lowest heat setting necessary.

Will you imprint on my own shirt?

Yes, we are happy to add a custom print to your shirt. Pricing can be found here. Please remember that mistakes happen - especially if require imprinting on a material or shirt that we are unfamiliar with - we will make every effort to provide a quality imprint on your shirt, but in the event that a mistake is made, we cannot be responsible for the cost of the item. It is also suggested that you provide us with more shirts than the minimum required in the event that a mistake does occur.

Can you imprint on more than just t-shirts?

Yes - we can imprint on any cloth surface. We carry party favor bags and other items in our graphics and party stores, but contact us for a special request.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of custom imprinted items, we can not accept returns on an item once the imprint has been applied. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns with the final product, please contact us so that we can make every effort to correct the issue.
